Business Analyst - Marketing Technology

Fusion HCR is hiring! Business Analyst – Marketing Technology/Digital Experience. Candidates must be based in Las Vegas and open to being onsite 1-2 days per week. This is a contract to hire opportunity!

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in Marketing Technology and Digital Experience to join our dynamic team.

As a Business Analyst specializing in Marketing Technology and Digital Experience, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Content Management, to drive the successful implementation of digital products and solutions. This role will require a strong understanding of marketing technology tools, product requirements gathering, and a keen eye for detail.
 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for digital products and marketing technology initiatives.
  • Write comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs), business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories to effectively communicate project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal customer decks and presentations.
  • Manage and prioritize project backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and digital experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in a marketing technology or digital experience environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology tools, digital platforms, and content management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing product requirement documents, business requirement documents, and user stories.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Hospitality industry experience is highly desired.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
