Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist to support the Leadership Development department for a property management organization by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and overseeing program logistics. This role spans a wide range of responsibilities — from organizing calendars and travel arrangements to preparing materials for leadership programs. The ideal candidate serves as a superuser for Workday HCM and other platforms, assisting with data analysis, resource development, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment in messaging and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Program Materials

  • Serve as superuser administrator for online learning platforms, Workday HCM, and Blanchard Exchange, providing admin-level oversight and helping build/maintain the Learning and Talent tenants in Workday
  • Assist with department-wide initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Liaise with Training, Communications, and Marketing to submit and track resource requests, ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and distribution of learning materials
  • Assist in creating and organizing program materials, including agendas, handouts, presentations, and Canva training guides

Event & Logistics Coordination

  • Oversee logistics for training sessions, conferences, and leadership development events, including venue coordination, attendee communication, and vendor management
  • Provide hands-on support during events, including setup and breakdown of leadership development activities
  • Coordinate post-event tasks such as collecting feedback and distributing follow-up materials
  • Maintain inventory levels of program supplies and accurate records of program logistics and key metrics
  • Take on routine tasks such as file organization, data entry, and report generation to support the broader team

Administrative & Scheduling Support

  • Manage scheduling for the Leadership Development team, including appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and prepare detailed itineraries for team members and leadership
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering inquiries, processing expenses, and managing communications on behalf of the team

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive assisting, program/event coordination, project support, or a combination thereof
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Workday HCM
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Office 365, and Teams
  • Proficiency using presentation software
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
  • Advanced proactivity, time management, and organizational skills
  • Advanced assessment, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively prioritize/juggle multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude; dependable, requiring minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a learning and development or organizational development supporting role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Blanchard Exchange
  • Knowledge of Articulate Rise 360 and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience with Smartsheet
