On-Site Solutions Technical Analyst

This position combines technical troubleshooting, customer support, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional service and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve support tickets for vending and kiosk programs.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues while partnering with Engineering, QA, and Product teams on escalations.
- Maintain accurate support documentation, root-cause analyses, and knowledge base resources.
- Import, validate, and manage customer data using Excel and internal databases.
- Support the installation, maintenance, and optimization of kiosk hardware and software solutions.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of technical support, applications support, or analyst experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location
- Full-time, on-site at corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL.
