On behalf of our client—Fusion HCR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive recruiter who enjoys building relationships, solving hiring challenges, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring leaders, and develop creative strategies to attract top talent across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategy, job requirements, and market insights.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills and organizational fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and sourcing tools.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and the overall hiring process.
- Manage recruiting activity in the ATS and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Support college recruiting, hiring events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions; manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence hiring decisions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events.
