On-Site Solutions Technical Analyst
Join a market-leading organization in Birmingham, AL, where you'll play a key role in supporting innovative inventory management and industrial kiosk solutions. This position combines technical troubleshooting, customer support, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional service and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve support tickets for vending and kiosk programs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues while partnering with Engineering, QA, and Product teams on escalations.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation, root-cause analyses, and knowledge base resources.
  • Import, validate, and manage customer data using Excel and internal databases.
  • Support the installation, maintenance, and optimization of kiosk hardware and software solutions.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of technical support, applications support, or analyst experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location
  • Full-time, on-site at corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. Education in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
