On-Site Solutions Technical Analyst Join a market-leading organization in Birmingham, AL, where you'll play a key role in supporting innovative inventory management and industrial kiosk solutions. This position combines technical troubleshooting, customer support, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional service and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve support tickets for vending and kiosk programs.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues while partnering with Engineering, QA, and Product teams on escalations.
Maintain accurate support documentation, root-cause analyses, and knowledge base resources.
Import, validate, and manage customer data using Excel and internal databases.
Support the installation, maintenance, and optimization of kiosk hardware and software solutions.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of technical support, applications support, or analyst experience.
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
Proficiency with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location
Full-time, on-site at corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. Education in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
