Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead Agile software delivery initiatives supporting enterprise technology projects within a fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment.
This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving project execution through Agile methodologies while overseeing release planning and delivery processes. The ideal candidate has strong Scrum experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to coordinate software development efforts from requirements through production release.
While this position works closely with technical teams, deep hands-on engineering experience is not required. Success in this role comes from strong project leadership, Agile delivery expertise, stakeholder management, and release coordination.
Experience supporting chatbot, automation, AI, or Microsoft 365 initiatives is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Project Delivery
  • Lead Agile project execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to prioritize work and manage project backlogs
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Remove roadblocks and help development teams maintain delivery velocity
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to leadership and stakeholders
Release Management
  • Coordinate software release planning and deployment activities
  • Maintain release schedules and calendars across multiple projects
  • Facilitate go-live readiness reviews and release approvals
  • Manage release communications and stakeholder notifications
  • Partner with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful production deployments
  • Identify and mitigate release risks and dependencies
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments
  • Provide executive-level project updates and reporting
  • Drive accountability and ensure project commitments are met
Emerging Technology Initiatives
  • Support chatbot, AI, automation, and Microsoft 365-related projects
  • Coordinate implementation activities involving chatbot development and deployment
  • Assist with testing, user adoption, and rollout planning for new technology solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams delivering Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or similar solutions

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting software development or enterprise technology initiatives
  • Strong Agile and Scrum experience leading software delivery teams
  • Experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
  • Experience managing software releases and production deployments
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working with technical teams including developers, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 initiatives
  • Experience delivering chatbot, AI, automation, or Copilot-related projects
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Virtual Agents, Copilot Studio, or related technologies
  • Experience within hospitality, gaming, or highly regulated environments
  • PMP certification preferred but not required
