Fusion HCR is hiring a Senior WiFi Project Manager!

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to guide complex technology initiatives across a global organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including architects, developers, vendors, and executives—to deliver high-impact projects that align with enterprise technology strategy and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, from infrastructure business need identification through successful delivery and closure.
• Develop Wifi project charters, define scope, and build detailed project plans and schedules.
• Manage budgets, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when necessary.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Manage scope changes through established change control processes.
• Evaluate technology solutions against business and technical requirements.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or standards.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer and organizational expectations.
• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices, policies, and standards.
• Create and maintain project reporting, including visual documentation such as process flows and diagrams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT or related technical experience (e.g., Infrastructure, networking, engineering, software development).
• 3-5 years of Infrastructure and Wifi project management experience, including at least 3 years leading Wifi technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, SharePoint).
• Experience with infrastructure technologies including networking, WiFi, servers, storage, telephony, and end-user systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI, SOX, MICS).
• PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration (if required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
