Position Summary
Fusion HCR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring operations for our client in the property management industry.
This role serves as the central hub of the recruiting process, owning coordination across requisitions, candidate experience, offer processing, and onboarding. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations & Coordination
Manage full lifecycle coordination of requisitions, ensuring approvals and documentation are complete prior to opening roles
Maintain job descriptions and recruiting templates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to resolve requisition issues
Requisition & Compliance Management
Audit requisitions against budget and headcount metrics to ensure alignment with approved workforce plans
Approve or deny requisitions based on established guidelines and collaborate with HR leadership on compliance matters
Offer & Onboarding Process
Prepare and process offer letters, ensuring accuracy in compensation, language, and approvals
Track and ensure timely return of signed offers and proper documentation within ATS
Coordinate onboarding logistics, including scheduling and new hire processing
Background Checks & Candidate Experience
Manage background and reference check process with third-party vendors
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout pre-employment screening
Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary
Recruiting Support & Reporting
Coordinate candidate applications and interview scheduling with recruiting team
Track temporary staffing approvals and process agency invoices
Generate weekly and ad-hoc recruiting reports, including open requisitions and hiring metrics
Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events as needed
Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or staffing operations
Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Work Environment
Standard office environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions
Occasional overtime may be required, including evenings or weekends
Additional Notes
No direct supervisory responsibilities
Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
