Position Summary
Fusion HCR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring operations for our client in the property management industry.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the recruiting process, supporting recruiting workflows, requisition management, scheduling, offer processing, onboarding coordination, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate is highly administrative, comfortable working independently with minimal direction, and able to quickly learn systems and processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The hiring manager is specifically seeking someone with strong Workday experience, advanced administrative coordination skills, and the ability to manipulate recruiting and hiring reports within Excel. Candidates should be comfortable navigating Workday independently, managing Outlook scheduling, reviewing offer letters for accuracy and compliance, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations & Coordination
- Manage full lifecycle coordination of requisitions, ensuring approvals and documentation are complete prior to opening roles
- Maintain job descriptions, templates, and recruiting workflows within Workday and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership to resolve requisition and process issues
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling through Outlook and internal calendar systems
- Support recruiting operations with minimal handholding and quickly adapt to changing priorities
Workday Administration & Reporting
- Navigate and support recruiting processes within Workday on a daily basis
- Generate, manipulate, and maintain recruiting and hiring reports using Excel and Workday data
- Audit requisitions against budget and headcount metrics to ensure alignment with approved workforce plans
- Assist with tracking recruiting metrics, open requisitions, onboarding activity, and staffing data
Offer Letters & Compliance
- Prepare, review, and process offer letters, ensuring accuracy in compensation, approvals, and compliance language
- Track and ensure timely return of signed offers and required documentation within Workday
- Identify discrepancies or compliance concerns within offer documentation and escalate appropriately
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and candidate information
Onboarding & Candidate Experience
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, scheduling, and new hire processing
- Manage background and reference check processes with third-party vendors
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout pre-employment and onboarding activities
- Monitor onboarding progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely updates to recruiting teams
Recruiting Support & Administrative Coordination
- Support recruiting team operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Process temporary staffing approvals and assist with agency invoice coordination
- Generate weekly and ad-hoc recruiting reports and operational updates
- Represent the organization at recruiting events or job fairs as needed
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, staffing operations, or related administrative support roles
- Previous experience working within Workday strongly preferred
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Hands-on experience navigating Workday, including recruiting and reporting functionality
- Strong Excel skills, including manipulating and organizing reporting data
- Experience managing Outlook scheduling and coordinating high-volume calendars/interviews
- Understanding of recruiting workflows, offer processing, and compliance practices
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and operate with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Work Environment
- Standard office environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions
- Occasional overtime may be required, including evenings or weekends
- Fully onsite role in Las Vegas, NV
