Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Tenant Underwriting Processor to support our client in the property management space by reviewing and validating rental applications.
This role is responsible for ensuring all applicant information is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in underwriting, credit review, or administrative processing and thrives in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Application Processing & Underwriting
  • Review, research, and approve tenant lease applications
  • Validate applicant information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Prepare lease documentation in alignment with company policies and procedures
Operational Support & Workflow Management
  • Manage daily workload to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Ensure timely processing of applications in a high-volume environment
  • Follow all internal systems, policies, and regulatory requirements
Communication & Coordination
  • Communicate with on-site teams regarding lease procedures and application status
  • Provide updates and reporting to the Tenant Underwriting Manager
Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Track and report on application status and processing metrics
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Compliance & Best Practices
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of applicant information
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards

Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in underwriting, credit review, banking, or administrative processing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred:
  • Experience in property management or real estate environments
  • Familiarity with lease processing or tenant screening workflows
