Position: QA Analyst (Mobile & Web Applications)
Location: Las Vegas, NV (100% Onsite – Local Candidates Only)

Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support a leading enterprise client in the gaming and hospitality industry. This role will focus on ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of mobile and web-based applications that support critical business operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with manual testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation, along with the ability to work across multiple systems in a highly integrated environment. Experience within gaming or hospitality environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing Execution

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across mobile and web applications
• Validate system workflows and data flow across multiple integrated platforms
• Execute test cases and document results, defects, and test coverage
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution

Mobile & Web Testing

• Test mobile applications on both iOS and Android devices
• Validate web applications across multiple browsers and device types
• Ensure consistent user experience and performance across platforms

API & Integration Testing

• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and SOAP UI
• Validate data integrity and system communication between services
• Support testing of backend services and integrations across enterprise systems

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams
• Participate in requirements reviews and provide QA input early in the SDLC
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Experience testing web applications across browsers and devices
• Experience with integration and end-to-end testing in complex environments
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in gaming or hospitality environments
• Familiarity with systems such as IGT or OPERA is a strong plus
• Experience working in highly integrated enterprise environments
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies

Work Environment

• 100% onsite in Las Vegas, NV
• Must be a local candidate or willing to relocate prior to start
