Product Manager – Corporate Finance Applications Position Overview The Product Manager – Corporate Finance Applications provides product leadership and strategic direction for enterprise systems supporting Finance, Real Estate, and other corporate business teams. This role is responsible for the ongoing management, enhancement, and implementation of business applications, ensuring they effectively support operational and strategic objectives. The Product Manager leads and collaborates with technology team members responsible for system configuration, testing, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of software-based solutions tailored to business needs. Reports to the Manager of Corporate Applications
Partners closely with Technology and Business Executives
Collaborates extensively with Finance, Real Estate, Accounts Payable, Financial Planning, and other corporate departments
Works directly with third-party vendors and onshore/offshore development partners
Key Responsibilities
Define, design, and deliver Finance, Real Estate, and other Corporate Application solutions
Partner with business stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and development resources, managing priorities and ensuring alignment
Coordinate with offshore teams, communicate project status, identify risks, and provide regular updates to leadership
Oversee the development of technical specifications and system modification documentation
Lead and implement process improvements for both internal Corporate Applications teams and business users
Manage projects through the full project management lifecycle, from planning through delivery
Develop strategic plans, roadmaps, and direction for assigned Corporate Applications
Evaluate available solutions and recommend optimal paths forward for the business and technology teams
Ensure compliance with applicable data management laws and regulations, including privacy, data transfer, and retention
Qualifications
3+ years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle Financial systems
Strong knowledge of Oracle Finance business practices (required)
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Solutions and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (preferred)
Project management experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
Ability to adapt to changing requirements, priorities, and business needs
