Position: Executive Recruiter – Construction & Finance (Full Lifecycle Generalist)

Position Summary
Fusion HCR is seeking a polished and high-performing Executive Recruiter to support a national real estate client with a strong focus on construction and finance hiring.
This role will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a mix of field construction roles (Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators) and corporate finance positions (Accounting, FP&A, Financial Analysts).
The ideal candidate is a true generalist with experience recruiting across both operational and corporate functions, capable of managing multiple requisitions while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for construction and finance roles, from intake through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and compelling job descriptions
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks
- Build pipelines of both active and passive candidates within construction and finance talent markets
- Leverage market knowledge to advise on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies
Screening & Interview Management
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical qualifications, industry experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage the full interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication
- Ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout all stages
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Prepare and present offers, support compensation discussions, and assist with negotiations when needed
- Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new hires
Systems, Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within ATS/Workday
- Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within construction, real estate, or finance environments
- Proven ability to recruit across both field-based (construction) and corporate (finance/accounting) roles
- Experience using Workday or similar HRIS/ATS systems
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach
- Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with a polished, business-professional presence
- Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Accountants, Financial Analysts, or FP&A professionals
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and real estate finance structures
- Experience supporting high-growth or multi-state organizations
