A Fusion client in the property management space is seeking a Learning Program Facilitator to serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) and facilitator for non-field training programs. This role focuses on onboarding, upskilling, and role-based training for corporate and operational employees such as Leasing Specialists, Resident Managers, and customer-facing teams.
This position is highly facilitation-focused, with most training delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams. The facilitator will identify training gaps, reinforce learning, and work closely with design and learning partners to ensure materials are accurate, effective, and aligned to business needs.
Facilitate onboarding, upskilling, and role-based training through virtual and limited in-person sessions
Serve as the SME and lead facilitator for assigned training programs
Deliver live instructor-led sessions via Microsoft Teams and virtual classrooms
Identify knowledge gaps and skill deficiencies through observation, feedback, and learner performance
Facilitate simulations, coaching sessions, and skills practice to reinforce learning
Partner with onboarding, HR, and functional leaders to support new-hire readiness
Collaborate with instructional design teams to review, update, and make minor adjustments to training materials
Maintain and update training documentation using tools such as Adobe and Canva
Track attendance, assessments, and completion in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Prepare training summaries, insights, and recommendations for leadership
4+ years of experience facilitating training programs (virtual and/or in-person)
Strong experience facilitating training for customer-facing or operational roles
Proven ability to build or significantly contribute to training programs
Experience identifying training gaps and recommending improvements
Comfort delivering training virtually to diverse audiences
Experience working with LMS platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe and Canva
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Property management, leasing, or resident services industry experience
Experience working alongside instructional design teams
Familiarity with adult learning principles or formal facilitation frameworks
