Overview Our client, a major Las Vegas casino, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the IT PMO and ensure project managers remain aligned, organized, and operating efficiently across a fast-moving portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly detail-oriented, and can manage shifting priorities with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day coordination support to multiple Project Managers across active projects, initiatives, and cross-functional workstreams.
Maintain and update project documentation including meeting notes, RAID logs, decision logs, and action trackers.
Assist with preparing project dashboards, status reports, communication updates, and executive summaries.
Schedule meetings, manage agendas, document follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of action items.
Support PMs with monitoring project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
Maintain PMO standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across teams.
Proactively identify gaps, risks, or misalignments and escalate them to the appropriate PM or leadership.
Keep teams organized and on track through proactive communication and exceptional attention to detail.

Proven ability to work across multiple PMs, technical teams, and cross-functional partners.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar (nice to have).
