Office Coordinator – Las Vegas, NV (89103)
Direct Hire | Full-Time | 100% Onsite
Overview Fusion HCR is supporting our client in hiring a personable, proactive Office Coordinator to serve as the cultural heartbeat of a busy Las Vegas office. This role partners closely with the C-suite and cross-functional teams (including Marketing) to keep the office running smoothly, plan events, and create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
What You’ll Do
Be a culture ambassador: plan birthday celebrations, team events, and office activities.
Keep the office and showroom tidy, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
Support Marketing and other verticals with admin tasks, light scheduling, and coordination.
Own office supplies: track inventory, place orders, and research new deals/suppliers.
Coordinate with landlord and vendors; relay/resolve facilities and showroom issues.
Serve as a friendly point of contact for visitors, internal teams, and external partners.
Prepare communications and documents (memos, emails, reports, instructional docs).
Maintain contact lists; organize calendars and appointments as needed.
Assist with travel bookings and expense report reconciliation.
Manage mail/courier logistics: sort, distribute, ship, and coordinate special deliveries.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
1–2+ years as an Office Coordinator/Office Admin (or similar).
Bubbly, positive, and approachable demeanor; exceptional customer service mindset.
Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with executives.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
Flexibility to adjust hours when urgent office/facilities issues arise.
Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s preferred.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods seated at a computer/desk.
Clear, effective phone communication.
Regular use of hands for typing/handling office equipment.
Ability to perform repetitive motions as required by administrative tasks.
