  • Ensure global help desk operations are proactive, responsive, and efficient.
  • Implement monitoring and self-service tools to reduce user disruption.
Global Security & Mobile Workforce
  • Lead endpoint security, MDM, and secure connectivity for global/mobile staff.
  • Enforce zero-trust, MFA, and international data compliance (GDPR, PDPA, etc.).
  • Partner with external cybersecurity vendors for advanced protection.
Vendor & Third-Party Management
  • Manage all IT vendors, licenses, and contracts globally.
  • Negotiate agreements, enforce SLAs, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Establish onboarding/offboarding and compliance standards for third parties.
Infrastructure & Systems Reliability
  • Maintain resilient systems for connectivity, collaboration, and business applications.
  • Oversee lifecycle management, upgrades, and patching of systems.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

  • Lead and mentor global IT staff including regional leads in Australia, India, and Macau.
  • Establish accountability while empowering local leadership.
  • Build a global IT culture of customer service, transparency, and security-first practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, including management of global/distributed teams.
  • Proven success in delivering secure, customer-centric IT services.
  • Expertise in endpoint security, MDM, and identity platforms.
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
  • Background in compliance frameworks and audit programs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, networking, cloud, and help desk management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Gaming, technology, or regulated industry experience a plus.

  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 25 lbs (equipment or office supplies).
  • Perform fine motor tasks such as typing and operating office equipment.
  • Ability to participate in in-person meetings and presentations.
