Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in web, mobile, and digital product development to support our client’s high-visibility initiatives in the casino and hospitality space. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping guest-facing digital experiences across websites, booking engines, loyalty applications, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in collaborating with development teams, managing and prioritizing product backlogs, and writing clear, actionable user stories to drive technology solutions that enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for websites, digital platforms, and mobile applications.
  • Manage, prioritize, and groom product backlogs, ensuring business value alignment.
  • Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement review sessions.
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure delivery of scalable, guest-focused solutions.
  • Analyze existing digital workflows and propose enhancements for usability, performance, and customer engagement.
  • Support QA and UAT efforts by reviewing test cases, validating requirements, and ensuring solutions meet expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with design, development, and product teams to ensure cohesive delivery of guest-facing web and mobile experiences.

Experience
  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst, with significant focus on web and mobile product development.
  • Prior background in casino, hospitality, or travel industries strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, backlog management, and user story development.
  • Strong documentation skills (user stories, BRDs, PRDs, workflows, wireframes).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple, concurrent priorities.
