What You’ll Be Doing
You'll lead cross-functional product initiatives that support the evolution of our gaming technology stack — from platform enhancements to third-party system integrations. Collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams, you’ll own the roadmap for features that impact loyalty programs, in-game experiences, real-time data processing, and mobile/omnichannel engagement.
You’ll translate customer needs and business goals into clear product strategies, prioritize enhancements, and ensure system performance meets the demands of high-volume, always-on casino environments. This role will require both strategic vision and technical fluency, as you'll be working closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors across the gaming ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within casino gaming, hospitality tech, or similarly fast-paced, regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of gaming systems (CMS, player tracking, loyalty platforms, content distribution) and how they integrate across digital and physical touchpoints. (Light and Wonder products)
- Experience with system architecture and the operational realities of large-scale deployments, ideally in hospitality or gaming environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills you can translate technical concepts into business value and align cross-functional teams toward a common vision.
- Comfortable working with tools like SQL, Tableau, or other analytics platforms to track KPIs and guide data-informed decisions.
