Compensation Analyst

West Chester, Ohio

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and long-term incentives
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses using internal data and external market surveys; leverage data to identify compensation trends and support decision-making
  • Maintain and update compensation tools, models, and supporting documentation to ensure data accuracy and usability
  • Support job evaluations, pay structure reviews, and compensation recommendations with data-driven insights
  • Develop and deliver compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compensation practices across the organization align with internal guidelines

Qualifications

  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience doing data-focused work in compensation, HR analytics, or similar field
  • Must be skilled working with numbers, spreadsheets, and large data sets
  • Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in analyzing data using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys and job pricing methodologies
  • Previous experience with data visualization, including systems like Power BI; Previous experience with HR systems like ADP Workforce Now, Workday Adaptive, DocuSign eSignature, and OptionTrax
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present data clearly and professionally to a variety of audiences in-person and virtually
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
