Overview:
Our client, a leading global casino and hospitality brand, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the strategy and execution of their mobile and digital products. This position will play a critical role in enhancing guest-facing technology initiatives, including eCommerce platforms, loyalty programs, and booking engines. The role requires strong experience in gathering and translating business requirements into actionable documentation to support high-impact digital projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from business, IT, marketing, and operations to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to support design, development, and QA teams.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring solutions meet business needs and objectives.
  • Facilitate requirement review sessions and user story grooming.
  • Support initiatives related to eCommerce, loyalty programs, booking engines, and mobile applications.
  • Analyze existing systems and workflows and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from discovery through deployment.
  • Assist QA with test case development and UAT planning to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.

Preferred Experience:
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT or digital product environments.
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms, booking engines, and/or loyalty systems.
  • Prior experience supporting casino, hospitality, or travel industry clients is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile-first product development and guest-facing technology solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills including BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
