Senior Project Manager - UKG

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to help manage our ongoing UKG implementation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a critical project that will enhance the efficiency of our HR and workforce management systems. Your work will have a direct impact on the operations that support our world-class casino and hospitality experiences.
As part of our team, you’ll oversee the implementation of UKG’s cloud solution, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with our existing systems and provides the features necessary to improve key business processes.
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage UKG Implementation: Oversee the ongoing implementation of the UKG cloud solution, ensuring timely, on-budget, and on-scope delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure that the UKG system meets business requirements and integrates smoothly with other systems.
  • Optimize Workforce Solutions: Leverage your expertise in HR and workforce management solutions, with a focus on areas such as advanced scheduling/forecasting, payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and carrier integrations.
  • Drive Project Success: Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and optimization, ensuring that the solution delivers long-term value and performance.
  • Ensure System Performance: Work on resolving any issues related to system functionality, helping to optimize performance, security, and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
  • HR and Workforce Management Experience: Strong background in managing HR and workforce management solutions, with direct experience in implementing UKG cloud solutions preferred.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, particularly with HR and workforce management software. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Key Areas: Experience with advanced scheduling/forecasting, people assist, payroll, benefits, workforce management, skills and certifications, recruiting, onboarding, and benefit carrier integrations would be highly beneficial.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring project goals are met.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges in implementation and propose alternative solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, HR, etc.).
