Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop Integrated IT Systems: Build and maintain sophisticated systems that integrate with our gaming platforms, hotel management systems, POS solutions, and more.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business and IT teams to understand specific requirements and design systems that optimize gaming operations, guest services, and property management.
• Ensure Scalability & Performance: Implement systems that are both scalable and high-performing, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations, especially during peak casino hours and hotel guest check-ins.
• Manage System Enhancements: Perform regular system assessments, ensuring that systems are upgraded and optimized to meet the growing needs of the business.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Technical Issues: Provide immediate solutions to any technical challenges affecting gaming, hotel services, and IT infrastructure.
• Disaster Recovery & Backup: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery plans to ensure continuity of operations for both our casino gaming and hospitality services.
• Mentorship & Training: Lead and guide junior IT staff, ensuring the team remains well-versed in the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications like TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar highly preferred.
• Extensive experience in systems architecture, specifically in enterprise-level IT solutions for gaming and hospitality.
• Cloud computing & virtualization expertise (AWS, Azure) to implement systems that support both front-end gaming experiences and back-end hotel management.
• Proficient in networking, databases, and software development concepts, essential for seamless integration between gaming platforms, hotel systems, and customer-facing technologies.
• Experience in a gaming or hospitality environment is highly desirable, particularly working with systems such as casino management software, hotel property management systems (PMS), and POS systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex issues across diverse technology stacks.
• Leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of reliable and secure systems.
• A deep understanding of cybersecurity principles to ensure the protection of both customer and business data.
