Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using the MERN stack with a focus on scalability and security.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between services.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- Work with cloud technologies and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and automation.
- Utilize Python scripting to support application development, automation, and data processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulated environments, including HIPAA and other industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system architecture and performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging software development trends and best practices.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
- Experience in regulated environments such as HIPAA is preferred.
- Proficiency in RESTful API development and Python scripting.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior developers (or a strong willingness to do so).
- Must be local and comfortable working hybrid (3-4 days in-office per week).
- A proactive mindset with a desire to move into a leadership role.
