Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities

Marketing Scorecards and Dashboards:
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly KPI tracking to be leveraged within the marketing team as well as with cross functional business partners to illustrate marketing effectiveness. This will span across all marketing touchpoints as well as all life stages from acquisition, reactivation, repeat and retention – leveraging existing data sources, as well as defining new sources of intel.
  • Troubleshooting of data – to ensure data credibility and accuracy.
  • Find ways to enable marketing team to self-serve data needs.
  • Ability to extrapolate, code as well as visualize data.
  • Support multiple stakeholders, with strategic savvy to ensure their needs are understood and served in the most efficient manner.
Marketing Campaign support
  • Collaborate with other data partners to ensure customer file and segmentation matches marketing strategy needs for Loyalty, CRM, Media, and other guest needs.
  • Collaborate with technology, platforms and or agencies to optimize data workflow.
  • Critical member is defining test and learn agenda.
  • Critical member in defining 3rd party data and how to leverage with owned data to maximize performance.
Defining the Future state
  • Support Marketing Leadership in defining the future marketing technology stack and data roadmap.
  • Establishing relationships with media owners and platforms to continue to unlock value through insights.
  • Evaluate 3rd party resources to expand both qualitative and quantitative information (within budget and resource constraints).

Qualifications
  • Education - BA/BS in Quantitative Discipline (including MIS, Analytics, Computer Science) or equivalent.
  • Experience - 7+ years of experience in customer analytics.
  • Analytics – Advanced analytical skills spanning understanding of database architecture, etl, familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, etc.), hands on implementation/support of business intelligence (powerBi, Tableau, etc.), and experience with open-source data science tooling (R, Python, etc).
  • Statistics – Solid foundation of statistics and their application to marketing initiatives.
  • Data Visualization – Proven examples of bringing data insights to life through data visualization, storytelling and other methods of translating the complex into business concepts that compel action.
  • Project Management - Excellent organizational, planning, and project/program management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Industry/Domain - Experience in retail / DTC businesses with a focus on shopper Insight and Loyalty. Experience with end-to-end omnichannel campaign planning, execution, and reporting
