Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT projects within the gaming and hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with marketing teams to define requirements for custom software development and ensure successful integration of marketing strategies.
- Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and risks, leveraging Jira and Microsoft Project to maintain visibility and control.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential roadblocks and implement effective solutions to mitigate project risks.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, encouraging team engagement and productivity.
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the gaming and hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SDLC and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including software development and marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience with custom software development projects is highly desirable.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with gaming and hospitality-specific technologies and software solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
