We are seeking a MySQL Operations Specialist to support a critical upcoming go-live. This role focuses on MySQL operations, server-side application support, and infrastructure maintenance. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day operational support for MySQL databases tied to systems such as AWS RDS, ATI, and Oasis, ensuring optimization and smooth performance.

We are seeking a MySQL Operations Specialist to support a critical upcoming go-live. This role focuses on MySQL operations, server-side application support, and infrastructure maintenance. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day operational support for MySQL databases tied to systems such as AWS RDS, ATI, and Oasis, ensuring optimization and smooth performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize MySQL databases, including AWS RDS instances.
- Handle database-related tickets and perform routine operational tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful integration and operation of SailPoint with MySQL and RDS.
- Support the infrastructure side of server-side applications.
- Work closely with vendors covering ATI and Oasis to ensure seamless functionality.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with MySQL operations (no development required).
- Proficiency with AWS RDS.
- Familiarity with database optimization and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting server-side applications and infrastructure.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
