Company Overview:
Our client, a premier resort and casino in Las Vegas, NV, is elevating its digital presence and looking for a highly technical Product Manager with a deep focus on data analytics. This role will drive strategic digital marketing initiatives by translating complex data into actionable insights and building a data-centric roadmap.


Position Overview:
As a Product Manager - Digital Analytics, you’ll work closely with product management teams and be responsible for developing and analyzing complex data models. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong technical proficiency in data visualization platforms like Snowflake, PowerBI, and Tableau, along with a strategic, proactive approach to product management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced analytics to optimize product initiatives, analyzing data to understand fluctuations and their impact on product performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Work with product management to develop stories, align on goals, and ensure data insights are incorporated into product strategies.
  • Develop and Analyze Dashboards: Create comprehensive dashboards using Snowflake, PowerBI, and Tableau, providing insights to stakeholders and tracking KPIs.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Strategically drive the product roadmap with a focus on data-driven enhancements, securing tools, and supporting both internal and external teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with IT, BI, and revenue teams to align on goals, requirements, and technical solutions to support data initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment with product goals and data security standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years as a Product Manager in digital marketing analytics or a related field with a strong focus on technical data analytics and product roadmap development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise with Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau, and related data visualization tools. SQL query capabilities are a plus.
  • Analytical Insight: Ability to analyze data trends, performance metrics, and fluctuations to drive actionable product decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality, gaming, or digital marketing analytics, including experience working on digital products or data tools.
  • Location Requirement: Must be based in Las Vegas, NV, with hybrid work availability.
