The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user account management within Infinium and AS400 systems, as well as excellent communication and training skills to effectively upskill the helpdesk team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for the helpdesk team on managing user accounts in Infinium and AS400.
- Train helpdesk staff on setting up, modifying, and deleting user accounts, as well as managing user roles and permissions.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
- Create and distribute training materials, guides, and documentation for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure accurate knowledge transfer of user access procedures.
- Review helpdesk processes and identify areas for improvement in handling user account requests.
- Monitor helpdesk performance post-training and offer continued support as needed.
- Ensure that all training complies with company security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Infinium and AS400, particularly in user account management and permissions.
- Proven experience in training or upskilling teams, preferably in an IT or helpdesk environment.
- Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance requirements.
- Ability to develop clear, concise training materials and conduct engaging training sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with trainees at various skill levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on helping the helpdesk team troubleshoot access issues efficiently.
