Responsibilities:
- Must be able to develop comprehensive requirements documents, define scope in the form of project charters, create detailed project plans / schedules, identify, and mitigate risks / issues and lead a cross-functional team to deliver the project scope. The ability to professionally engage and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including C-level executives, is a fundamental requirement for this position.
- Own the project through its lifecycle from identification of business need through project closure.
- Lead project teams to deliver successful projects by effectively managing budget, scope, schedule, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify, manage, control, and communicate scope changes through established change management processes.
- Evaluate commercial products against business, technical and resource requirements; determine investment feasibility.
- Proactively detect, mitigate, and resolve issues and risks; escalate when necessary.
- Execute multiple projects simultaneously without compromise to standards and excellence.
- Communicate effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment with technical and non-technical teams and executives to drive IT strategy and achieve organizational objectives.
- Validate deliverables meet organizational and customer scope and quality expectations.
- Identify opportunities for execution and process improvement, including policy, standard, and guideline recommendations.
- Create and maintain reporting information in graphical forms including using modeling languages, process flows, and topology diagrams, etc..
Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years of IT industry or equivalent technical experience (e.g., engineering, software development, networking, etc.).
- 7-9 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing technology projects.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced understanding of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint; Waterfall, Agile, Project Success, etc.).
- Experienced with technology infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, Wi-Fi, telephony as well as end user computing technologies.
- Familiar with cloud platform services and their orchestration including, but not limited to, Alibaba, Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiar with compliance and privacy regulations such as: PCI, MICS, SOX.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) a plus.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues of diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift or carry 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
- Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.

- Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
