QA Analyst Web and Mobile

Fusion HCR is hiring!  QA Analyst – Web and Mobile Products. This is a long-term contract position, in Las Vegas NV. Candidate must be open to working a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

Our client is a leading provider of innovative gaming and hospitality solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. We are seeking a talented QA Analyst with a passion for digital products to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV.

Position Overview:
As a QA Analyst specializing in digital products, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive testing strategies and drive continuous improvement in our software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and integrated applications, including but not limited to Opera, IGT, Room Booking, and Credit Card systems.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify functionality, performance, and security requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and enhancements across multiple applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing digital products, web, and mobile applications.
  • Experience testing integrated applications within the gaming and hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies, including manual testing, test case management, and defect tracking.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and onsite environment.
  • Experience reviewing code and performing code analysis is a plus, but not required.
