The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, with a preference for a CPA. Public accounting experience is preferred as well. This position will be a hybrid role with in-office days required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, audit support, and resolving discrepancies
- Completing month end support costs allocations and bad debt calculations
- Managing banking relationships, tracking daily cash movement, maintaining signature cards, and bank account documents for multiple bank accounts
- Issuing checks, setup domestic and foreign wire/ACH payments, monitoring positive pay and other banking controls
- Providing support to global entities
- Recording intercompany transactions in foreign currency
- Preparing cash flow forecast and make recommendations based on liquidity needs
- Generating and distribute various financial reports to management
- Providing explanations and analyses of budget to actual variances
