Due to tremendous growth Fusion is looking for an Office Manager that plays an active role in the Backoffice Operations including Timekeeping, Payroll, Accounting Processes such as AR/AP, Month End Closings, and Report Generation.
The technical must-haves for this role include:
· Experience with timekeeping and processing payroll; Paylocity a plus
· Prior experience with AP, AR, and month end close
· Knowledge of the General Ledger/Reconciliations
· Experience with Accounting software; QuickBooks Enterprise a plus
· Extensive experience with MS Office including being highly proficient with Excel
