Job Description:
Responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment throughout the organization, this includes but is not limited to recruitment, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, calculation of offers and placement of top qualified candidates (internal and external) for a variety of positions across the organization. The Recruiter develops, utilizes and implements recruitment and sourcing strategies, including minority sourcing strategies, develops pipelines of qualified candidates for a variety of positions, identifies recruitment resources, cultivates creative recruitment ideas, coordinates the development and placement of approved advertising, identifies, coordinates and participates in job/career fairs and recruitment events, and builds and maintains relationships with appropriate schools and universities. The Recruiter consults with hiring managers and incorporates behavioral interviewing to ensure a consistent, well understood and smooth recruitment process. The recruiter utilizes interview guides and creates interview guides as needed for the hiring manager. The Recruiter works collaboratively with team members and hiring managers in hiring the best possible talent for the organization while embracing the recruitment tools available to them. Coordinates and facilitates an efficient and engaging new employee orientation for new hires in the organization while maintaining changes to the program as needed. Works with managers on staffing/vacancy needs and alternatives; maintains statistics and prepares reports on a quarterly basis for customer group. This position verifies information relating to recruitment and communicates appropriately to management on recruitment status. The incumbent networks with area and/or comparable hospitals and companies to identify trends and best practices and assists and/or manages projects as assigned and handles other duties as needed. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and adhering to various compensation, recruitment, and retention activities. Position interacts with all levels of the organization including senior leadership. Develops and facilitates advertising in local newspapers, trade magazines, college yearbooks, newsletters, etc. Identifies, coordinates and attends recruitment related activities. Utilizes Taleo and other sources as needed for posting and filling open positions and uses the appropriate workflows within Taleo to accurately document the hiring and progression of all candidates. Embraces and utilizes available recruitment tools (Taleo, ACE, Job Boards, Lominger, etc.) to ensure a consistent process which results in hiring the best possible candidate. 

Education Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree Area of study or major: Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Development or a related field Preferred.
PHR preferred Experience Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience
