Our Client is a leading manufacturer serving the medical, automotive, appliances, electrical, business equipment, and telecommunications space. Due to continued growth, they are in need of a strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all facets of HR for their 400+ employee Dayton, OH headquarters. The ideal candidate will be strong with Employee Benefits and Recognition programs and will contribute to their great company culture.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, SPHR preferred or other certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of Human Resources or Talent Management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
- Strong with Employee Benefits.
- Experience in a Warehouse, Distribution, or Manufacturing environment preferred.
