FusionHCR is hiring an IT Asset Management Analyst to own the full lifecycle of IT assets across a large enterprise environment. If you're detail-obsessed, love a well-organized system, and get satisfaction from a spreadsheet that finally balances — we want to talk to you.
This is a local, on-site position — candidates must currently reside in the Las Vegas area.
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to Team Member ServiceNow requests for IT assets, orders, and order status
- Monitor inventory levels and assess on-hand stock before new purchases
- Maintain IT stockrooms, keep par levels stocked, and trigger replenishment requests
- Submit purchase and warehouse requisitions through Stratton Warren
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouses, and the Mail Room to keep deliveries on track
- Track and scan incoming assets into the Asset Inventory Database
- Own the full asset lifecycle — from receipt to disposal — including disposal approvals and vendor coordination for equipment removal
- Track changes from installs, transfers, moves, and removals
- Build ad hoc reports out of ServiceNow using Excel to keep inventory records accurate
What You Bring
- Associate's degree in MIS, a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of inventory control or asset management experience preferred
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
- Experience with asset management or inventory-tracking software (bonus if you've got ideas for improving one)
- Comfortable in Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and SharePoint
- Understanding of the IT asset lifecycle
- Sharp communication skills across different teams and backgrounds
