We are looking for someone with:
7+ years in the IT staffing industry coming from mid to large size IT staffing firm.
o Longevity with their company is a must.
o Ability to build strong relationships.
o Ability to build strong relationships.
Business Development:
- Must have a proven track record of hunting (local and/or national).
- Responsible for execution of the business development lifecycle – networking, lead generation, opportunity, identification, qualification, executing MSA’s.
Account Management: Must develop strong relationships with Clients/hiring managers and have a deep understanding of their business and markets/industry they serve.
- Responsible for execution of the account management lifecycle – Cultivating customer relationship, identifying needs/reqs, managing recruitment process (delivery team/self), and ensures candidate delivery (negotiations/close/start).
